• You can click on the 'Home' sheep or on the Littlesheep Learning logo to return to the Home page at any time.
• You can click on 'My Account' sheep to log in and access your account details.
• You can click on 'My Basket' sheep to view the contents of your basket.
• You can find further information by clicking on the violet 'Information' tab.
• You can use the search facility to help you find suitable products.

Registering
To register an account at Littlesheep Learning, simply click on the 'My Account' sheep at the top of the screen. You can then choose to create an account by following the registration process.

We will ask you for some of your personal details, for example name and address, telephone number, a password and if you would like to opt out of our monthly newsletter. For more information about how we use this information please see our privacy policy.

Forgotton Passwords
If you have forgotton your password, don't worry, simply click on the Forgotten Password button when you are trying to log into your account.

Contact Us
We can be contacted by email or phone or by post. Please note that due to the family run nature of our business the easiest method of contact for us is via email. See here for our contact details.

Payments
You can pay for your purchase online using credit or debit cards via Nochex or Paypal, by using Nochex or Paypal funds or offline by sending a cheque or postal order.

Official purchase orders are accepted from approved facilities. Please select the 'cheque' payment option at the check out and confirm that you wish to be invoiced for the purchase in the comments box. Then send a copy of the confirmation email and your purchase order form with an authorized signature. We will not process your order until we have received the purchase order. Postage
Postage costs £1.95 for orders of £5 or under and £3.95 for larger orders. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, however we may use a courier for large or heavy orders.

Returns
If you feel the need to return something, please see our Returns Policy with details on how to return your item and how refunds are dealt with.

Complaints
If you feel you need to make a complaint please Contact Us and let us know about the problem. We will try and resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
