Welcome to Littlesheep Learning; these Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website. When you use this website / purchase goods or download resources from this website it indicates that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. Please read them carefully, if you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Any changes will take effect on the date they are amended on the site. Each time you purchase goods from this website you should ensure that you understand and accept the current Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply from 1st December 2008.
About Us
The use of 'we' and 'us' on this site refers to Littlesheep Learning. The website http://www.littlesheep-learning.co.uk is operated by Elaine Lambe trading as Littlesheep Learning.
Shopping
Shopping is easy at Littlesheep Learning – browse through our shop and when you see an item you want to buy, simply click the Buy Now button. You can then change the quantity if required and either continue shopping for more items or proceed to checkout.
At the checkout you will be required to enter your details and choose your method of payment. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card please select either Paypal or Nochex from the payment options, for online payments you will be redirected to the relevant online payment processor with your transactions details already filled in. For offline payments, postal instructions will be displayed for you, if you wish to pay offline, the items you have selected will be reserved for you for 14 days, after which time your order will be cancelled. We will try and contact you by email before this time to see if there is anything we can do to help.
You are deemed to have placed an order by completing the online checkout process. As part of the process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
An acknowledgement for your order showing your unique order reference, the items purchased and the total value of your order will be sent to you using the email address you supplied.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. The purchase contract when we despatch the order will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. Occasionally, however an error can occur. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you as soon as possible and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order with the corrected information or cancel it. Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that our product descriptions and images are accurate, we cannot guarantee that the colours and styles of the delivered goods will exactly match. Please note that Littlesheep Learning will not be responsible for typographical, pricing and other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you order is out of stock, we will email you on receipt of your order to advise an expected delivery date. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment and Delivery We accept cheques and postal orders (made payable to 'Littlesheep Learning' in UK Sterling only) and online payments by Paypal or Nochex.
When you choose PayPal or Nochex as a payment method during checkout you will be taken from the Littlesheep Learning website to a secure page on the PayPal or Nochex websites. You will then have the choice of two methods of paying for your purchase:
- You can pay by credit or debit cards (please visit the Paypal or Nochex sites for more information regarding their security and privacy policies).
- You can pay by funds already deposited in your Paypal or Nochex accounts. Please note that this method of payment will require you to complete a sign up process with Paypal or Nochex, which is no way connected with Littlesheep Learning.
If you pay by Paypal or Nochex, we aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days of payment. For orders paid by cheque or postal order, your order will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of your cleared payment.
Please allow 14 working days from receipt of payment for delivery of your order, although in most cases your goods will arrive sooner than this. If there is any reason why your order might be delayed, we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity. Should you require a product for a certain date please tell us when you checkout and we will do our best to ensure that it reaches you.
We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if your order is returned to us.
Invoiced Establishments
Official purchase orders are accepted from approved facilities, for example; County Councils, Schools, NHS Establishments, Private Day Care Establishments, Charities etc. Please select the 'cheque' payment option at the check out and write a note in the comments box confirming that you wish to be invoiced for the purchase on the payment page, then send a copy of the confirmation email with your purchase order form with an authorized signature. We will not process your order until we have received the Purchase Order. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of the Purchase Order for the delivery of your order, although in most cases your goods will arrive sooner than this. Payment is due within 28 days of invoice. Postage charges must be included. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
VAT
Please note that we are not currently VAT registered.
Delivery Charges
Postage and packing within the UK is charged at a maximum of £3.95 (£1.95 for orders under £5). Please contact us if you require shipping outside of this areas.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your goods, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your goods please Contact Us and let us know that you wish to return them and we will authorise the return. Please note we will not accept unauthorised returns.
We are happy to refund or exchange goods if they are returned in their original unused condition and packaging, within one month of your order. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable new condition, we cannot refund or exchange used or personalised goods, unless faulty. We may repair / replace used faulty goods as appropriate. We are unable to refund your return postage costs for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival, in which case these should be returned for a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 This does not affect your statutory rights.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a cooling off period of seven working days which starts when you receive your goods. If you wish to return any or all of your order, which must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your goods, stating 'Contract Cancellation' as your reason for return. We will refund the cost of your item and the appropriate proportion of your original postage charge, however you must pay for the cost of returning the items to us.
When returning items, please include the receipt or a note that includes the name of the person who placed the order, when the order was placed and the method of payment. This will assist us in processing the return more quickly. We cannot issue a refund if we do not know where the return has come from! Whilst we aim to process returns as quickly as possible, this may take up to 3 weeks during busy periods.
We do not accept liability for packages lost in transit whilst being returned to us therefore we recommend that you send them recorded delivery. Items lost on return will not be refunded so please make sure that you obtain the correct amount of insurance so that in the event of a lost parcel you will be able to seek compensation.
Complaints
Our Complaint procedure is fair and confidential and we will aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint and aim to have your complaint resolved within 5 working days. If you are not happy with our service or products, please contact us.

Whilst reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the information and activity ideas on the site is updated and accurate, Littlesheep Learning makes no warranties about its accuracy and assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or mistakes in the information. Littlesheep Learning want you to use the information freely but you do so at your own risk, Littlesheep Learning will not be liable for damages of any kind (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) related to your use of this site.
