We are hoping to add a series of posts on different activities available to children aged 3-11 that help them learn. If you run a children’s activity and would like to be featured please get in touch – there is no charge for the article about your business but you will need to write the post*!
We require the following information to feature you:
- Name of business
- Age range suitable for
- Description of the activity (see below for some suggestions of things to include)
- Web link / contact details
- Logo and a photo (or two)
Some of the other things that you might like to mention include:
- Where it is based (if not UK wide)
- The organisations philosophy
- When are the classes run and how long the sessions are (and whether it is a drop in or if you need to book a block)
- What children learn from attending (does it link in with EYFS / National Curriculum?)
- Whether the learning is individualised at all
- Whether the activity suitable for children with special educational needs and if so how
- The level of parent involvement involved – do they need to stay? is there work for children to complete between sessions?
